By submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions, which apply to all ticket orders facilitated by Queens Theatre.
Queens Theatre is not responsible for any tickets sold by any entity other than the Queens Theatre Box Office. Please contact your point of purchase for more information. Free Events
- All free events are general admission.
- Queens Theatre overbooks all free events due to a high rate of no-shows.
- Reservations are limited to 4 tickets.
- If an event is fully booked, a wait list will be opened starting one hour prior to the event. Sign up for the wait list must be done in person at the theatre.
- All attendees must be in their seat at least five minutes prior to the start of the event, at which point all remaining seats will be released to the wait list.
- Patrons who repeatedly no-show on reservations for free events may not be allowed to reserve for future free events and must join the wait list instead.
Bags and Personal Items
We encourage visitors to the theatre to travel light and avoid bringing large bags, luggage, or multiple shopping bags to performances and events.
For most events, Queens Theatre does not offer a coat or bag check. All personal items must remain with you and fit safely under your seat or on your lap without blocking aisles or exits.
All bags and personal items are subject to search by Queens Theatre staff upon entry. Patrons who decline a bag inspection may be denied admission and are not entitled to a refund.
Queens Theatre is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the venue, including items left unattended in the auditorium or lobby areas.
Prohibited and Oversized Items
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are generally not permitted inside Queens Theatre:
- Backpacks, duffel bags, suitcases, and other large or wheeled luggage that cannot be stored under a seat.
- Any bag or parcel that does not fit comfortably under your seat or that obstructs walkways, aisles, or seating areas.
- Multiple shopping bags or bulky items that may interfere with the experience of other patrons.
Patrons who arrive with prohibited or oversized bags may be asked to return those items to their vehicle or another off‑site location before entering the theatre.
Exceptions and Visiting Presenters
Reasonable exceptions may be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags for guests attending with infants or toddlers, provided these items are inspected upon entry.
Policies for events presented by Visiting Presenters (third parties renting Queens Theatre’s facility) may vary. For questions about bags or personal items for a specific event, please contact the Queens Theatre Box Office or the event’s point of purchase.
