Shop & Construction Rate
Licensee is required to provide detailed drawings & set designer (or equivalent) must be present and all materials must be provided by Licensee.  Set Construction & Carpentry are not permitted in the Mainstage & Studio Theatres.
Based on Availability: Shop rates are $100/hr includes (1) carpenter;  Additional carpenters $25./hr (Minimum 4hr call per hand)

Stagehand Rates
$25.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum; After eight hours continuous work and/or 40 hour work week, hands receive time and a half.  Holidays (as observed by New York City) are paid double-time.

Minimum Stagehand Requirements
Mainstage Theatre - (4) hand minimum: (2)stage, (1)light board operator, and (1)sound operator.
(Exception to (4) hand minimum-- "worklight rehearsal",  acting rehearsals utilizing NO technical elements require (1) stage hand only and (1) Doorman if your company numbers over 20 persons.)  Studio Theatre - (1) hand minimum: light board operator & sound.

Stage Calls
Stage hands arrive at the theatre at least one half/hour prior to your scheduled performances, and at least one half hour prior to scheduled rehearsals or work calls.  Stagehand calls end fifteen minutes after your personnel have left the building, or fifteen minutes after the stage has been restored, whichever is later.;

Stagehand & Staff Requirements above the Minimum

Stage hands in addition to the four hand minimum are required for:
- Heavy loading into/out of building. +(1) additional stage hand
- Scenery construction. As required
- Follow spot operators, if desired. +(1) stagehand each spot
- If your company numbers more than twenty. +(1) additional stagehand
- If your company numbers more than forty. +(2) additional hands
- Alteration to lighting layout, if desired. +(2) additional stagehands
- More than 300 seats sold for Mainstage Performance. +(2) additional parking attendant
- Open dress rehearsal, open rehearsals, open house. +(1) house manager; (1) doorman as required;
If alterations are made to lighting or standard stage and theatre arrangement, you shall be charged for stagehand time to restore the house to the original layout.

Maintenance Fee
$225/Performance and/or $225/Rehearsal Day; Licensee will be charged a maintenance fee, at the sole discretion of Licensor,  if the holding room, dressing rooms, green room, & restroom areas are not left reasonable clean condition. No glitter, confetti or small partial materials are permitted to be thrown onstage or in the house: If this policy is not adhered to than the promoter will be charged for detailed cleaning estimated at approximately $450/Day.

Explanations
*Theatre License Fee Includes - ticket printing; box office personnel for sale of tickets, if required; subway shuttle car; house manager; assistant house manager; ushers; porter; parking lot attendants; per contract.

*Performance Day - One performance scheduled at any time between 8am and midnight.  This time period includes the load in and load out of your scenery, set up, and rehearsal time.  If load in, performance, or load out exceeds this 16 hour time period, a $625 per hour overtime rate shall be applied in addition to Stagehand rates.

*Performance Overtime - If a performance exceeds three hours from advertised curtain time, a $625 per hour overtime charge shall be applied, in addition to Stagehand rates for the Mainstage Theatre and a $425 per hour overtime charge shall be applied, in addition to Stagehand rates for the Studio Theatre.
 
*Performance Schedule - The theatre lobbies open one hour before advertised curtain time, shuttle car begins subway run
one hour before curtain, and auditorium doors open one half hour prior to curtain.

*Special Weekday Morning School Performance Rate -
Maximum of (6) hours from load in to load out.  For instance, in at 8am, out by 2pm.  If usage exceeds this (6) hour period, a $425/hour overtime charge shall be applied, in addition to stage hand fees.  Special Morning Performances are not-ticketed, there is no subway shuttle, no concession and all patrons are transported by school busses.
 
Discount
There is a $100.00 discount on performances in our studio theatre, when a simultaneous performance is scheduled on our Mainstage.
