All orders must include your name and complete mailing address, and a day time telephone number. All fax or mail orders must include the performance name(s), date(s), time(s), and number of seats requested along with your payment in full.

Our online ticket orders are processed by choice ticketing software system through their secure website.

To request a copy of our season brochure, please contact us at 718.760.0064 or email info@queenstheatre.org once we receive your request, your brochure will be mailed within five business days.

SHOW CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF SCHEDULE
Should a performance be cancelled because of weather conditions, Queens Theatre staff will contact all ticket holders notifying them of cancellation.  You can also call our box office line for a recorded announcement regarding the status of a show.
Queens Theatre in the Park may choose to reschedule the performance or refund ticket holders at its discretion.
